1. Purpose

These Terms of Use (ToU) define the rules for using the Na+ social network, accessible at n-atypik.fr.

By creating an account or using Na+, you accept these Terms of Use without reservation.

2. Access to service

Minimum age: Access to the service is strictly reserved for adults (18 years and older).

Identity verification: Na+ may require identity verification to confirm the user's age of majority. Refusal of this verification results in denial or suspension of the account.

Availability: Na+ strives to guarantee continuous access to the service, but cannot guarantee permanent availability. Interruptions may occur for maintenance, technical issues, or force majeure.

3. Registration and user account

Accuracy of information: The user guarantees the accuracy and currency of information provided during registration.

Login credentials: The user is solely responsible for the confidentiality of their login credentials. Any use of their account is presumed to be made by themselves.

One account only: Each user may have only one account. Creating multiple accounts is prohibited.

Security: The user must immediately report any unauthorized use of their account to contact@n-atypik.fr.

5. Content published by users

Intellectual property: The user retains intellectual property rights to their content. By publishing on Na+, they grant Na+ a non-exclusive, worldwide, and free license to host, store, and display them within the service.

Responsibility: The user is solely responsible for the content they publish. They guarantee that this content does not violate any third-party rights.

Moderation: Na+ reserves the right to remove any content without notice if it believes this content violates these Terms or applicable legislation.

6. Moderation and sanctions

Moderation team: Na+ has a moderation team responsible for ensuring compliance with the Terms and community charter.

Possible sanctions: In case of Terms violation, Na+ may apply the following sanctions:


Right to appeal: Sanctioned users may contact the moderation team to contest a decision at contact@n-atypik.fr.

7. Privacy and personal data

The collection and processing of personal data are governed by our Privacy Policy, which is an integral part of these Terms.

By using Na+, you accept the terms of this Privacy Policy.

8. Liability

User content: Na+ cannot be held responsible for content published by users. Only the user is responsible for their publications.

Service: Na+ is provided "as is" without express or implied warranty. Na+ does not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or virus-free.

Limitation of liability: To the extent permitted by law, Na+ cannot be held liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of the service.

9. Termination and account deletion

By the user: Any user may delete their account at any time via account settings or by contacting contact@n-atypik.fr.

By Na+: Na+ may terminate access to the service at any time, without notice, in case of Terms violation.

Consequences: After deletion, personal data is retained for 30 days, then permanently deleted, unless legal retention obligations apply.

10. Modification of Terms

Na+ reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. In case of significant changes, users will be notified by notification on the site or by email.

The version in effect is the one published on the site at the time of consultation.

11. Applicable law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by French law. In case of dispute, and failing an amicable resolution, French courts shall have sole jurisdiction.
