Identity Verification and Security

Purpose

Na+ aims to provide a secure and kind space. To limit abuse, certain verifications may be requested.

Access reserved for adults

Access to the service is reserved for adults. Verifications may be implemented to strictly refuse minors.

Information or documents that may be requested

Depending on security needs, Na+ may request:

• Real identity information (not public)
• Proof of legal age (e.g.: ID document)
• Proof of residence (to better understand member location)

Processing and deletion

Documents submitted may be used only for verification purposes, then deleted as soon as possible after validation. Na+ will prioritize, when possible, external age verification solutions and security mechanisms (captcha, etc.).

Privacy

Real identity is not intended to be publicly displayed: a username can be used visibly by everyone.
