Community Charter
1. Our vision
Na+ is a space dedicated to neurodivergent individuals and their loved ones. Our goal is to create a kind, inclusive, and safe community where everyone can express themselves freely, without judgment.
We believe that neurological diversity is a strength and that each member brings a unique perspective to our community.
2. Our core values
- Kindness: Welcome everyone with empathy and respect, without prejudice.
- Respect: Recognize and value everyone's differences.
- Inclusion: Ensure everyone feels welcome, regardless of their particularities.
- Safety: Maintain a protected environment against abuse and harassment.
- Authenticity: Encourage sincere and honest self-expression.
3. Expected behaviors
As a member of Na+, we invite you to :
- Respect other members : Treat everyone with dignity, regardless of their differences.
- Exchange without judgment or humiliation : Express your opinions kindly, even in disagreement.
- Protect others' privacy : Do not share others' personal information without their explicit consent.
- Report dangerous behaviors : Alert the moderation team in case of inappropriate or dangerous behavior.
- Be patient and understanding : Understand that neurodivergent people may have different needs or reactions.
- Use tone indicators if needed : Clarify the intention of your messages to avoid misunderstandings.
4. Prohibited behaviors
The following behaviors are strictly prohibited on Na+ :
- Harassment: Any repeated behavior aimed at bothering, intimidating, or humiliating a member.
- Threats: Any threat, direct or indirect, towards a member or a third party.
- Insults and humiliation: Any degrading, insulting, or humiliating remarks.
- Hate speech or discrimination: Any speech based on hate, discrimination, or contempt (race, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, neurodivergence, etc.).
- Doxxing: Sharing others' personal information without consent (address, phone, real identity, etc.).
- Identity theft: Impersonating another member, a real person, or a fictional entity.
- Spam and scams: Posting unauthorized promotional content, malicious links, or scam attempts.
- Illegal content: Any content violating applicable laws (child pornography, incitement to violence, etc.).
- Sexually explicit content: Any publication of sexually explicit material.
- Bypassing rules: Any attempt to bypass moderation rules or imposed sanctions.
5. Adapting to neurodivergent needs
We recognize that neurodivergent people may have specific communication needs. To foster a climate of understanding :
- Use tone indicators (e.g., /j, /s, /hj) to clarify the intention of your messages.
- Be patient if a member takes time to respond or expresses ideas differently.
- Avoid sarcasm or irony that could be misinterpreted.
- Respect personal boundaries : if a member indicates they do not want to discuss a topic, do not force them.
- Use accessibility features (dyslexia font, high contrast, reduced animations) if they suit you.
6. Moderation and sanctions
Role of the moderation team: The Na+ team ensures compliance with this charter and the Terms. It intervenes proactively and reactively to maintain a healthy environment.
Reporting procedure: Any member can report inappropriate behavior via the "Report" button or by contacting contact@n-atypik.fr.
Possible sanctions: In case of charter violation, the following sanctions may be applied:
- Verbal or written warning
- Removal of inappropriate content
- Temporary account suspension (from 1 day to 30 days)
- Permanent ban (in case of serious or repeated violation)
Right to appeal: Any sanctioned member can contact the moderation team to contest a decision.
7. Evolution of the charter
This charter is living and may evolve based on community feedback and moderation needs. Members will be informed of significant changes via notification on the site or by email.

By creating an account on Na+, you declare that you have read, understood, and agreed to respect this community charter.
Failure to comply with this charter will result in sanctions in accordance with the Terms.
